Now that may not be saying a lot because to us the IOC's buffet is horrible, but it is what it is. A year or so ago the buffet wasn't as good, but we'd have to say it's better than IOC's buffet, in our opinion. When compared to the Isle of Capri in Bettendorf, we found that on this trip the slots hit much better, we didn't have blaring background music to contend with (something that we've brought to the attention of IOC several times and they do nothing to correct it) and a pretty decent buffet. We hadn't been here for probably about a year. They have a promotion going on in the month of Oct and with the coupons they sent us we thought it worthwhile to check it out again. Nice property though and the staff is pretty attentive and friendly.
If we could stay here we would and they would get more business from us, but we can't so we don't. Seems a bit strange when you have smoking permitted in the casino and rooms to stay are all non-smoking. We've never stayed in the hotel because the rooms are all non-smoking.
